**Details of the Division and Team**:
Client Service Associate is responsible for maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients, potential new clients, internal/external business partners and regulators.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Conduct service reviews with clients.
- Maintain active engagement with client to understanding of client’s needs to identify potential wallet sizing as part of farming initiatives.
- Handle complaints and escalation.
- Handhold and coordinate new client onboarding and KYC.
- Work closely with various departments on Agreement, SLA or any new products ask by client.
- Take on project/automation to improved automation between client and bank.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Strong understand and knowledge in securities services mainly sub custodian, asset management and trustee.
- Excellent customer services verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent in problem solving, solution-oriented and highly analytics. Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel, MS will be an added value.
- Team player with leadership skills which focused on customer satisfaction.
