Lead the Account and Finance Team in HQ and site accounts supporting staff.
- Supervise and review the monthly Financial Statements / Management Accounts / Audited Accounts and accounting records (invoices/payments/vouchers), collections, reconciliation of debtors and creditors, bank and expenditures of all projects.
- To communicate and update the JMC members on the status of accounts.
- To closely monitor the collection and the credit control exercise to maintain a healthy Building Maintenance and Sinking Fund Accounts.
- Liaise with lawyers for clearance prior to any sub-sale.
- Liaise with auditors for annual audit.
- Respond to proprietor’s enquiries on discrepancies (if any).
- Send out reminders for outstanding sum due from proprietors.
- Control maintenance budget for projects.
- Site credit control & financial control
- To assist for AGM and annual audit.
- Consult and discuss with the Directors/external auditors /tax advisors and outside contacts in the relevant industries to reaffirm on certain accounting treatment to be adopted by the JMC/Company.
- Control and maintain accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance and completeness of accounting data and supporting documents.
- Reporting of management accounts to the Directors.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, initiative and proactive.
- Knowledge in property management is an added advantage.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in property management field is required for this position.
- Strong understanding of property management accounting systems, specifically CSS, Condomaster or others. Proficiency in these systems is essential for effectively managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Applicants must be willing to travel around Klang Valley.
- Full-time position.
- Primarily in an office environment. Will be expected to travel as needed to oversee projects/sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
