Job Summary
The Advertising Business Director will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of
advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives. This role
requires a visionary leader with strong analytical skills, creative acumen, and the ability to drive
will have extensive experience in advertising and good connection to brand leaders to penetrate the
and establish new organic growth/ clientele by identifying new business opportunities for current
and New Client while proactively approach local businesses to engage in unique advertising and
engagement activities to boast their Brand presence and maintain good relationship with client to
understand their business and providing promotional direction.
DETAILED KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Relationship Building
Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners, ensuring mutual understanding
and collaboration. Regularly meet with partners to discuss campaign performance, provide feedback,
and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Client Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their
satisfaction with the company's advertising services. Act as the primary point of contact for key
clients and stakeholders.
Budget Management
Develop and manage the advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor
financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Campaign Management
Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple channels
(digital, print, broadcast, etc.). Ensure that all campaigns meet the company's standards for quality
and effectiveness before delivering to clients.
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies that align with the company’s goals
and objectives. Identify new market opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure the
company's competitive edge
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the advertising team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
for team members

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree
preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in advertising or marketing, with at least 5 years in
a leadership role.
