Procurement Associate

Oversee procurement performance monitoring at regional and country levels.
- Support procurement governance and best practices.
- Focus on Source-to-Contract processes.
- Manage Purchase-to-Pay processes.
- Ensure effective Risk Management in procurement.
- Promote Procurement Sustainability initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with relevant business stakeholders.
- Ensure proper coordination between Procurement and Finance teams.
- Optimize support to the business in the market.
- Define and deliver on key priorities and projects.
- Serve as the main point of contact for business users and suppliers.
- Manage and resolve any issues that arise.
- Support the implementation of procurement processes and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of working experience in procurement or process management
- Knowledge of Procurement system and SAP is preferred
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes and continuously improve.
- Good in Analytical and Financial skills.
- Project Management experience.
- Strong in MS Office skill.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
