**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue **Purchase Orders (PO)** to suppliers based on approved **Purchase Requisitions (PR)**.
- Create **purchase reports** and **issue delivery notes (DN)** accurately and on time.
- Send **weekly forecast reports** to suppliers according to information provided by the planner.
- Perform **receiving processes** based on supplier **Delivery Orders (DO)** and **Invoices**.
- Maintain proper **filing and documentation** for all PRs, POs, and DNs on a weekly basis.
- Assist in monitoring supplier performance, delivery schedules, and material availability.
- Support the Purchasing Officer in any other related administrative or procurement tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in purchasing or administrative support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
