IT Programmer

**Job Description**:

- Developing and maintaining web-based systems, adherence to development processes and project timelines.
- Prepare system implementation plans.
- Create and maintain system and project-related documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and UML diagrams.
- Train users in implementation of systems.
- Provide technical support for users of systems.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent with at least 2 years working experience.
- Required skill(s): Modern PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel), HTML5, CSS3, REST API, JSON, JavaScript (ES6+), SQL Server, Git.
- Preferred skill(s): jQuery, React, Angular, or Vue.js; ASP.NET Core, C#.
- Experience with CodeIgniter, Bootstrap, MVC architecture, and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Proficiency in administering IIS, Apache, and SQL Server, with additional experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong skills in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of web security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top Ten) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
