Purchasing & Sales Support Assistant

**Job Descriptions:**
- Sourcing / obtain quotation and negotiate with supplier for best price & terms.
- Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary.
- Answer phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise.
- Take sales information and puts it into an easily readable format.
- Follows up with customer to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product.
- Meets with other department to make sure that sales person is doing their job correctly.
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
- Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problem as necessary.
- Update all contact information for clients..
- Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
- Help sales team to do product sourcing and prepare three quote system.
- Any other task assigned by the superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Year of related working experience: at least 1 year of sales admin / support / customer service working experience in related field.
- Skills: Good communication skills, time management skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, meticulous, team work.
- Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
- Interpersonal: Independent, willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Able to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage.
- Posses own transport is a MUST.
- 5 days work, Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
