**Job Summary**:
The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the company's computer systems, networks, company's products and others related technical job for the company's. This includes installing and configuring hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, biometric reader, company's products and providing timely technical support to end users, both in person and over the phone. The role may require shift work to ensure coverage during business hours.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, biometric reader and company's products.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests from end users, providing technical support both in person and over the phone.
- Repair and replace equipment (e.g., desktops, laptops, peripherals) as necessary to minimize downtime.
- Test new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- To deliver company's product to end user and any job that assigned by the management of the company's.

**Qualification and Requirement**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Computing, or Engineering preferred.
- Strong technical and logical thought process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Possess own transport (car) and willing to travel extensively if necessary.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
