The Trans Srvcs Analyst 1 is an entry level position responsible for performing transactional processing in Time Deposit. The overall objective of this role is to support payment operations and ensure compliance to processes surrounding Time Deposit - booking, pre term termination, cancellation and funds transfer. **Responsibilities**: - Perform day-to-day operational tasks in Time Deposit Unit transactional processing - Placement, cancellation, maintenance and pre-term termination. - Deliver services in line with agreed service standards and turnaround time to meet customers' expectations. - Handle basic enquiries received from internal and external customers & provide workable solutions. - Handle tax reporting - US Tax, FATCA & CRS - Ability to grasp Product features operational and technology aspects of transaction processing. - Ensure compliance with guidelines and policies governing Payment operations. - Provide technical support to Product and Relationship Managers of the business units. - Prepare and circulate daily, weekly and monthly MIS to our stakeholders. **Qualifications**: - Relevant Degree or equivalent experience - Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude - Ability to work under pressure and adherence to deadlines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication to customers. - Attentive to detail and intermediate problem solving skills **Education**: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Transaction Capture Services - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
