**System Development**:

- Write clean, efficient, and secure code to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Test and debug software to resolve functionality issues and enhance performance.

**System Design & Integration**:

- Collaborate with the development team to create system architectures and technical specifications.
- Integrate new systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and seamless functionality.
- Develop APIs and interfaces to enable system-to-system communication.

**Technical Support & Maintenance**:

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed systems, resolving technical issues promptly.
- Monitor system performance and implement updates or patches to improve efficiency.
- Maintain and troubleshoot system databases to ensure data integrity and security.

**Project Support**:

- Participate in software development projects, adhering to timelines and deliverables set by the Senior Developer or Senior Manager.
- Assist in the development of prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions for proposed projects.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for system development and updates.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, technical support, and other divisions, to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party technologies when needed.
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Developer on project progress and challenges.

**Innovation & Research**:

- Stay informed on emerging technologies, development methodologies, and best practices.
- Experiment with new tools and frameworks to propose innovative solutions for system development.
- Recommend improvements to existing systems to enhance functionality and user experience.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in system development or programming (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, AWS Developer) are a plus.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software or system development.
- Hands-on experience with system design, coding, and integration.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, MongoDB) and system integration.
- Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as React, Node.js, or.NET.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
