Executive, Program Coordinator

1. Responsible to oversee the full spectrum of Academic Services and Faculty administration function to ensure timely & smooth student enrolment and recovery process, student attendance monitoring, as well as optimized class scheduling and other related activities;
2. Engage effectively with students and other departments especially International Office, Admission Unit and Visa Unit in rendering student support services;
3. Follow through the University policies, procedures and business processes in delivering day to day academic operation;
4. Actively support Registry in the area of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs;
5. Offer academic support, advice as well as consultation to students and their parents;
6. Provide faculty/course specific administrative support in the department and serve as principal liaison between student, staff and various other internal/external stakeholders;
7. Schedule and organize meetings, activities or events under Registry and maintain the agenda;
8. Prepare and maintain important records, reports and paperwork related to day to day tasks;
9. Provide effective customer service and handle queries from customers (students/parents) as well as visitors;
10. Work closely with and provide administrative support to all HoDs and Deans in terms of Programme Coordination and administration;
Regularly monitor & report to management the student academic progress as well as attendance;
Pay: RM1,823.43 - RM4,081.88 per month
