**Patient Services**:

- Ensure excellent patient experience from registration to discharge.
- Handle escalated patient concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor service delivery and implement improvements.

**Financial Oversight**:

- Monitor and manage clinic budgets, billing, and expenditures.
- Generate and review financial reports and KPIs.
- Work with finance teams to ensure accurate claims and reimbursements.

**Strategic Planning & Reporting**:

- Collaborate with senior management on clinic goals and growth strategies.
- Track performance metrics and report on branch performance.
- Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to grow patient base.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
