**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial explosives and related systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow local market share
- Forecast monthly and annual sales targets; monitor performance
- Gather and analyze market and customer data to support business decisions
- Manage customer accounts, including credit terms, collections and outstanding payments
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, credit notes, debit notes and commercial issues
- Supervise SDS team in generating quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices
- Control and monitor departmental budget and expenditures
- Handle and close internal audit issues (CIRs, observations) on time
- Prepare and track departmental Balanced Scorecards (BSC)
- Provide technical/product training and support to clients when needed
- Assist with promotional materials, newsletters and marketing campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director

**Requirements:

- **
- Degree holder with 3-5 years of business development experience within explosives, mining, quarrying, infrastructure, oil & gas or industrial chemical / petrochemical sectors
- Proven track record of securing new clients and growing business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of industry products, safety regulations and market dynamics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management tools
- Customer-focused with a goal-oriented mindset
- Permanent vacancy based in PJ, Selangor area

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
