Admin Assistant Production

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate the receiving, organizing and shipping of products in a warehouse setting.
- Stock supplies on shelves and perform warehouse maintenance.
- Process and fill customer orders.
- Ensure that all tasks performed follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Compiling and inspecting shipping-related documentation.
- Packing stock in a neatly organized and prepare shipping labels.
- Operate forklifts/reach lift to move heavy product.
- During non-peak season, will perform additional special projects such as assisting marketing team in promoting products and etc.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Any other tasks or adhoc tasks as assign by the Management
**REQUIREMENTS**
1. Qualification
- Knowledgeable using Microsoft Office Word, Powerpoint & Excel.
2. Experience
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
3. Skills
- Keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Physical fitness.
- Punctual and good discipline.
- Team player.
- Safety and cleanliness skills.
- Able to multi-task, demonstrate teamwork, have a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Motivated, takes initiative, pro-active and able to work under pressure
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
