**Job Vacancy: Regional Sales Manager**

**Monthly Salary**: RM10,000 - RM12,000
**Bonus**: Sales Commission

We are seeking a dynamic **Regional Sales Manager** to lead our sales initiatives and drive growth in our market. If you have a passion for sales and a background in the mechanical, industrial process, HVAC, or safety engineering sectors, we want to hear from you
- Develop and update both long-term and short-term sales strategies.
- Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume, forecasting, and developing sales quotas for territories and the region.
- Create and implement new programs, sales initiatives, and strategies to capture key market segments.
- Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of regional sales programs.
- Recommend service and product enhancements to improve sales potential and customer satisfaction.
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies, and establishing personal networks.
- Interface effectively with operational departments to ensure timely completion of work orders and scheduled deliveries.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English** and **Malay**.
- Willing to travel to oversee and support projects or trade shows as needed.
- A resourceful team player who can work with minimum guidance and under stress.
- Willing to work overtime when targets or timelines need to be met.
- Target-oriented and organized, with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
