**Position : UIUX Designer**

**Salary : RM 4,000 - RM 6,000**

**Location : Damansara Uptown**

**Working Days / Time : 8.30am - 5.30pm**

**Job summary**

**Responsibility**
- Develop high-fidelity visual designs aligned with branding and interface guidelines, including icons, illustrations, and graphics.
- Design user interface components such as windows, dialogs, buttons, menus, and other interactive elements, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Organize content and features logically for an intuitive user journey. Design clear information hierarchies to facilitate navigation and task completion.
- Ensure the UI adapts and scales properly across different screen sizes and resolutions for consistency on various Windows devices.
- Define user interactions and animations to enhance usability and provide clear feedback.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align designs with technical capabilities and business goals.
- Incorporate accessibility best practices to ensure usability for individuals with disabilities.
- Create and maintain design guidelines and documentation for consistent implementation by the development team.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

**Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of Windows UI design guidelines and common design patterns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas and rationale.
- Understanding of software development processes and ability to collaborate with developers.
- High attention to detail with the ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
