MumsMe is currently looking for TALENTS like you to join as a **Customer Service Executive**. You will be mainly responsible for providing support to assist customers' queries over the phone.
We do not need you to be an expert in the industry because we are willing to train and guide you. But hey, these traits are still much appreciated: detail-oriented, customer-service oriented, good communication skills.

**Job Descriptions**
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Handling client sales inquiries on social media platforms and webmail.
- Handling client queries through all other forms of communication channel.
- Actively follow up with prospective customers and persuade client to signed up for our services.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow up with clients to garnered feedbacks for service improvements.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Identify, assess customers’ needs and render assistance to achieve satisfaction pertaining to their services with the company.
- Keep records of necessary customer interactions and enter all information required into the company database and official WA group chats.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, **fresh graduates are welcome to apply** as training will be provided on the job.
- Proficiency in written and spoken **English & Mandarin** (to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients).
- Able to work on a 5 days work week with rotational roster
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
