The Group Exercise Manager (GXM) oversees the operations, development, and quality of the group exercise program within the club. They ensure that all classes align with the company’s standards, enhance member satisfaction, and contribute to the club’s revenue and retention goals. The GXM recruits, trains, and supervises group exercise instructors while staying current on industry trends to deliver an engaging, inclusive, and innovative fitness experience

**Job Description and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a diverse, balanced, and comprehensive group exercise schedule that caters to the needs and preferences of club members.
- Ensure classes align with the latest fitness trends and industry standards.
- Monitor class attendance and performance, and adjust offerings to meet member demand.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified group exercise instructors.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations for instructors to maintain high-quality instruction.
- Organize periodic workshops and certifications to ensure instructors stay updated with current fitness trends.
- Actively seek and respond to member feedback regarding group exercise programs.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment to encourage member participation and satisfaction.
- Promote group exercise classes through marketing efforts and in-club events.
- Ensure group exercise spaces and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Adhere to the club’s budget for group exercise operations, including instructor compensation and equipment purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of class schedules, attendance, and feedback.
- Work closely with the Club Manager and other departments to align group exercise programs with overall club goals.
- Communicate regularly with instructors to ensure alignment with club policies and member expectations.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in group exercise instruction, fitness management, or a related role.
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor (e.g., ACE, AFAA, Les Mills, Zumba, etc.).
- Strong leadership and management skills. Passionate about fitness and motivating others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
