**Role Summary**:
The Training Manager, Asia will identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan and implement training programs, and procedures to fulfil those needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops cross-functional training programs to meet the changing needs of the organizational/industry
- Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve employee engagement, learning, and retention.
- Work closely with Management to ensure all employees are trained and developed according to their job description
- Provides ongoing development and support for new-hire training and onboarding, include conducting training on internal systems and procedures.
- Report training data and trends to assess the effectiveness of training programs to identify any opportunities for improvement.
- Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization/industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Training, Communications or related disciplines.
- At least 6 years relevant working experience.
- Essential attributes - proactive, resourceful, creative, innovative and diplomacy.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a high level of commitment and integrity.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
