Creative Marketing Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Creative Design & Content Creation**:

- Design high-quality artwork for **digital campaigns**, including **flyers**, **ads**, **social media posts**, and promotional materials.
- Develop engaging content for various auction-related **postings** across **Facebook**, **Instagram**, **XiaoHongShu**, **Google**, **WeChat**, and the **MNP website**.
- Create captivating content that aligns with MNP’s brand and engages both consignors and buyers.
- **Digital Marketing & Social Media Management**:

- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across **digital platforms** to drive visibility and engagement for MNP’s auctions, events, and brand initiatives.
- Optimize content and ads to maximize reach and conversion, while maintaining an effective content calendar.
- **Promotion & Advertising**:

- Promote **auctions**, **events**, and **special lots** across multiple platforms to ensure high engagement.
- Design and distribute **flyers**, **ads**, and promotional materials for both digital and print platforms.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Segment audiences, craft tailored messages, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma** or higher in **Marketing**, **Advertising**, **Communications**, or a related field.
- At least **2 years of experience** in **digital marketing**, **content writing**, or **lead generation**.
- Proven ability to write persuasive content in **Mandarin** and **English**, tailored to various audiences.
- Experience managing **Facebook Ads Campaigns** and other digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, WeChat, etc.).
- Proficiency in **graphic design software** (e.g., **Adobe Photoshop**, **Illustrator**) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaigns.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
