**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- 1. Operations Management: _
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple outlets in the assigned area. o Ensure consistent product quality, food safety standards, and customer service excellence across all locations.
- Monitor inventory management, supply chain, and ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- 2. Staff Management & Development: _
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of restaurant managers, supervisors, and staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure continuous training programs to enhance team skills and career development.
- Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs and manage labor costs effectively.
- 3. Financial Management: _
- Develop and monitor the annual budget for the area, focusing on cost control, revenue generation, and profitability.
- Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure effective management of P&L statements, ensuring targets for sales, margins, and profitability are met.
- 4. Customer Experience & Quality Assurance: _
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience by addressing customer concerns, managing complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and product consistency, performing regular quality checks across all outlets.
- Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive traffic and increase sales.
- 5. Compliance & Reporting: _
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and local legislation.
- Maintain a safe working environment and address any workplace hazards or issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on performance, key metrics, and initiatives.
- 6. Strategic Growth & Expansion: _
- Identify new business opportunities and work with senior leadership on the expansion and growth of the area.
- Help manage the opening of new outlets, ensuring smooth launch and adherence to brand standards.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Education & Certification _
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience _
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple locations.
- Skills _
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and create operational efficiencies.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, MS Office, and other business tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
