JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
An experienced Marketing Manager to lead design / creative work with agency, manage vendors / partners about quality control, production and booth deployment, site identification, actual placements and merchandising strategy.
- Lead the development of new / commercial establishment (CE) / marketing channels, manage its conceptualization, business case and deployment. Example, development of ground visibility such as mobile kiosks in high traffic sites (HTS) to support business growth.
- Head the responsibility to develop, execute and performance of programs created to enhance presence to drive consumer offtake of Astro products and services. Part of this is translating Synch Plan into coordinated activation campaigns on ground/in the region to support Commercial teams deployment (at Stores, Partner locations and CSCs/AEPs).
- Contribute to enhancement of SOV, market share and sales performance in the Regions working with Commercial teams
- Prepare promotional plans working with BU, agencies and Commercial Teams in designated channels
- Manage budgets and project timelines, and are able to work in matrix structure to deliver projects with multiple dependencies & engagement of stakeholders
- Drive marketing efforts synchronization with Commercial teams in developing regional and in-store marketing deployment, mobilization of ground visibility, and translate centrally driven Marketing campaigns into coordinated Regional activations (at these Stores, Partner locations, CE and CSCs/AEPs).
- Drive CE marketing strategy / activation & Piracy awareness across Malaysia.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Have a background in business case development, creative marketing, risk management, team development.
