A **Brand Assistant** plays an essential role in supporting the brand management team to maintain and grow the brand’s image, market position, and customer loyalty. The job focuses on assisting with various marketing activities, including strategy execution, research, and content creation to support the brand’s objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Strategy Support**:

- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand recognition and value.
- Help monitor brand performance through market research and analysis of consumer behavior.
- Support in identifying opportunities to improve brand positioning in the marketplace.
- **Campaign & Project Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to help plan and implement marketing campaigns that align with brand goals.
- Coordinate activities between creative teams, vendors, and other departments for marketing initiatives.
- Monitor the progress and execution of brand campaigns to ensure consistency and success.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, market trends, and consumer insights.
- Assist in compiling reports and data to track brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Help with customer surveys and feedback collection to understand brand perception.
- **Product & Packaging Support**:

- Assist in the design and development of packaging, product displays, and other visual brand assets.
- Ensure that product branding aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a passion for branding and marketing.
- Knowledge of market research and brand strategy principles.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content creation will be a plus
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

A Brand Assistant’s role provides an excellent opportunity to learn about brand management from the ground up, offering exposure to various aspects of marketing and helping set the foundation for a career in brand management or marketing leadership.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
