**Responsibilities**:
1. To conduct “site marking” at customer’s premise upon confirmation order by customer.
2. To inform and explain to the customer on the technical and structural issues need to be done (if any) before installation process can be execute.
3. To get customer acknowledgement on the submission order form (A3 Detail Confirmation) and handover it to operations team.
4. To assist on the “site measurement” when necessary in case Sales Designer is not available.
5. To arrange and update site marking & measurement date inside the Google Calendar.
6. To report any issue/update prior to Site Marking, Site Measurement and customer’s feedback to superior.
7. Attend and respond to the customer’s inquiries when necessary.
8. Assist the Installer team during the installation process as and when required.
9. Assisting in follow up on the status of delivery, installation and any pending issues.
10. Undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as so instructed

Requirement

2. Ability to read and understand the technical drawing and measurement skills are essential for this role.
3. At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
4. Male is preferred.
5. A team player who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Resourcefulness is an essential skill for problem-solving at the site.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Those without formal qualifications but who have similar experience will also be considered.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
10. Possess own transport and able to travel.
