We are looking for a **Takaful Coordinator** to join our team that has been 32 years in industry

Key Responsibilities:

- **Recruitment** - Identify, attract, and onboard new Takaful agents.
- **Agent Support** - Assist existing agents with their sales activities, provide guidance, and help them achieve their performance goals.
- **Coordination** - Support both new and existing agents in tasks related to sales, training, and day-to-day needs.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Passion for recruitment and team building
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- **TBE (Takaful Basic Examination) certification is an added advantage**:

- Experience in Takaful/Insurance/Finance industry is an added advantage
