Liaise with JKKP, Bomba, DOE, MBSA, SMETA, F&N Internal Auditor, and any relevant authorities regarding matters related to Health, Safety, and Environment for the factory.
- Conduct safety and health committee meeting on quarterly basis.
- Arrange training and toolbox meetings to build awareness of the importance of Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
- Update and maintain the safety and health policy, manual and procedures to comply with government regulations and requirements.
- Monitor the plant’s overall daily safety observations and inspections for safety compliance with JKKP regulations and take immediate corrective actions for unsafe acts or conditions encountered.
- Investigate accidents, compile or verify accident reports, and liaise with the PIC to identify the root causes of incidents.
- Lead the security guards and oversee the CCTV system to ensure the safety and security of the plant at all times.
- To provide relevant advice to management on all matters related to Health, Safety, and Environment, ensuring compliance with Malaysian statutory acts and regulations.
- Serve as the Safety coordinator for FNICM and FNCM.
- Serve as the Secretary for the Safety and Health Committee, Environment Committee and ERT Team.
- To undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management or supervisors from time to time.

Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in Safety, Health and Environmental. Experience in FMCG industries will be an added advantage.
- Well-versed in OSH Legislation, Occupational Risk Assessment, and related safety protocols.
- Good communication skills with proficiency in both Bahasa Melayu and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
