**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician L3** to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in executing daily engineering and maintenance tasks. This includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and general support for all plant operations, machinery, utilities, and facility systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform scheduled **Preventive Maintenance (PM)** tasks
- Handle **breakdown repairs** and document work activities
- Conduct daily equipment **inspections** and report any abnormalities
- Request necessary **spare parts** and raise concerns as needed
- Ensure proper **housekeeping** and maintain **GMP cleanliness**:

- Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., **RCA**, **UPS**, **5S**, **safety audits**)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, etc.)

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in maintenance or technical roles
Strong **troubleshooting and technical** abilities
Ability to work in a **team-oriented** and **fast-paced** environment
Willingness to work **shifts** and respond to urgent maintenance calls
Strong **attention to detail** and commitment to **workplace safety**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum **SPM / Technical Certificate / Diploma** in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- **1-2 years** of relevant experience (Fresh graduates will be considered)
- Knowledge of maintenance tools, plant machinery, and **safety protocols**:

- Ability to **read technical manuals** and **engineering drawings**:

- Physically fit for a **production environment**:

- **Basic computer literacy** for logging work orders and records
- Strong communication skills and a **team-player** attitude

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
