We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company in search of a talented and passionate Influencer/KOL Manager to join our team. As an Influencer/KOL Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing impactful influencer marketing campaigns and building strong relationships with key opinion leaders. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Identify and research relevant influencers and key opinion leaders across various platforms and industries.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers and negotiate partnership agreements, including compensation and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of content and tracking performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for influencer collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Keep track of influencer relationships, contracts, and payments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven min. 2 - 3 years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL / Influencer Specialist, Digital Marketing,Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Influencer/KOL Manager or in a similar role.
- Fluent in English & Malay, both oral and written
- Bachelor's degree in Brand Communication or related majorIn-depth knowledge of influencer marketing trends, best practices, and industry tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with influencers.
- Experience handling beauty brand promotion or having a broad knowledge of beauty or skincare products is preferred
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and influencer metrics.
- Creative thinking and ability to identify unique collaboration opportunities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
- Able to join ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
