**What will I be doing**:
1. Responsible for data monitoring and business indicator construction of ADSO. Able to establish daily data tracking and monitoring systems/mechanisms based on a deep understanding of the business, e.g. optimise operation metrics and metrics framework, build and optimize the operations data dashboard
2. Be able to analyse from multi-layer data latitude, have a keen insight into business gaps, identify problems in a timely manner, understand the core reasons for business data change trends and land on implementable specific solutions
3. Work closely with XFN, responsible for the overall project process, develops and optimise relevant standards and project SOPs; take the initiative to identify problems and drive for problem-solving;
4. Provide data analysis reports and business insights to verify the effectiveness of operation strategies and ADSO operational efficiency, identify the risks and improvement opportunities, and optimise operations through business data;
5. Provide data analysis/business analysis support for ADSO projects as request

**Qualifications**:
**What should I bring with me**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a statistics or science background;
2. at least 1 year or above working experience in data analysis or business analysis;
3. proficient in SQL and BI software, experience in building dashboards is preferred;
4. Understanding of search engine and machine learning, familiarity with social media platforms, and experience in search business is preferred;
5. Data sensitive, clear logic, strong business understanding and good communication skills, able to get business insights from data, independently complete data analysis reports and output optimisation solutions;
6. Strong learning ability and stress resistance, a strong sense of responsibility;
7. Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
8. Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
