Working Location : Bandar Indahpura, Kulai
Working Hours : 8am - 530pm, Mon - Fri
- Organizing the production schedule according to the plan from the Production Planner, reporting results.
- Ensure meeting targeted output and quality. This include plan the necessary resources (workforce, production tools, etc)
- To supervise a team production personnel in achieving daily production output and balance manpower.
- To comply with company standard operating procedures, production requirements and Safety & Health rules and regulations. Establish and implement production Procedures according to ISO requirement.
- Ensure the workforce are trained with training plan and records.
- Develop and maintain the skill matrix. Supervise and evaluate the performance of the production crew.
- Manage production inventories. Oversee monthly stock take.
- Generate necessary production reports.
- Maintain effectiveness of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma holder and above in any field.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience as production manager.
- Understanding of ISO standard and Safety & Health regulations.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and cost control.
- Experience in production evaluation and cost control.
- Experience in production management and conflict management.
- Experience in Lean Production and improvements.

Pay: Up to RM11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Production Manager: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
