**Contact Centre Executive**

**Job Description:

- **
- To attend an inbound calls to assist an inquiries from the customers in a call centre environment
- Identify and handle customers inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer
- Liaise with appropriate department to resolve issues brought up by customers
- Maximise opportunities to up sell/cross sell company product and services in accordance to guidelines given
- Keep up-to-date on new or enhanced products/ service in order to maintain a high level of service to customer
- Maintain confidentiality at the organisation customer and data
- Adhere to work schedule as planned

**Job Requirement:

- **
- SPM/STPM holders with at least two (2) years experience in Contact Centre environment.
- Possess good interpersonal, communications and customer service skills
- Able to commit to shift hours
- IT savvy
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sunway Pinnacle.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- 10 Full-Time position(s) available.
