Hi. I’m Dexter from D Artisan Cheese.

I started making cheese for own consumption 2.5 years ago, during Nov 2019; when I found out that cheese has a history that dates back 7200 years.

All this while it has always been done naturally. And I wanted to explore cheeses using only traditional methods. Also, I had an intention to explore 40 different types of cheeses within the first year.

Then the pandemic hit in March 2020 In May 2020, I had a short discussion with my milk supplier, and he told me that he had 60L production, of which he could only sell 30L daily. So I told him I’d do something about it. Friends were also asking us to start selling our cheese.. And the business was born

After 1.5 years of this home based business, demand increased, and the house ran out of space. (At the same time, I’ve explored 87 different types of classic cheeses in the first year)

So I finally got a production facility in Sri Damansara, Kepong to process my cheeses All using only raw, unpasteurized milk and natural cultures.

My big plan is to have a piece of land with a dairy farm on it, along with a production facility, as well as a real Cheese Cave to age my cheeses.

In line with this, I would need the right people to work together with me to realize this vision..

Positions available

1. Internship

Working hours: 8am - 6pm

Work days: 6 days

Tuesdays-Sundays

SPM or fresh grad are encouraged to apply
- Speaks good English and Bahasa Melayu

**Salary**: From RM700.00 per month
