_**Financial Operations & Oversight**_
- Lead and manage the finance team in performing day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Review and verify all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal control procedures.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Support preparation of management reports, financial analysis, and reconciliations as required.
- **Compliance & Internal Controls**_
- Ensure all financial operations comply with company policies, SOP, and statutory regulations.
- Implement and maintain effective internal control processes to prevent errors, fraud, or non-compliance.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including tax, audit, and statutory filings.
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during audits or compliance reviews.
- Monitor and ensure all supporting documents are properly recorded, approved, and filed in accordance with audit requirements.
- **Leadership & Team Development**_
- Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to deliver high quality and compliant financial outputs.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Train team members on compliance procedures, financial policies, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
- **Process Improvement & Coordination**_
- Identify opportunities to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in financial processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, HR, operations) to ensure proper financial governance.
- Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and other financial projects when required.
