About the Role

In line with procedures/policies/guidelines and under instructions/controls of a more senior specialist, to participate in the planning and execution of effective communications services to internal and/or external audiences in support of the achievement of business plans.

What to expect:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and communication needs.
- Build accurate customer contact lists.
- Ensure clear and error-free communications by meticulously reviewing and proofreading them.
- Build and send out communications campaigns.
- Create post-mailing analytics and analyze key metrics like bounce rate, click rate, delivery rate to measure campaign effectiveness.

What will make you successful:

- A seasoned communications professional with at least 5 years of experience in a multicultural environment.
- Ideally, possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and various communications platforms, including content management systems (Drupal, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- A can-do attitude. You embrace challenges and focus on solutions rather than obstacles.
- Lifelong learning. You have a desire to constantly expand your skillset.
- Masterful organizer. You excel at meticulously planning and managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
