Human Resources Assistant

KS Healthcare is Management team for a group of GP clinic, Dental and Sport therapy. We provide healthcare services including home care, house calls, on-site physiotherapy services, ambulance services, and medical standby teams for corporate and private events. We provide innovative solutions to solve clinical challenges in today's world. **Key Responsibilities** - Recruitment (full process) - Monitoring staff leaves & preparing attendance monthly report - Monitoring & summarizing staff medical claim for yearly report - Preparing letter offer, staff renewal & staff confirmation - Preparing HR related letter & acceptance of resignation - Checking and amending on company policy to comply with Act & advising management on Employment Act - Training: Coordinate all internal and external training for staff including working with Training Administration on training administrative matters - Responsible for HRDF grants and claims and levy for group companies - Responsible on the staff hospitalization and follow up process **Requirements**: - Possessed min Diploma/Bachelor of Human Resource or equivalent - Min experience is 3 years - Experiencing in Generalist HR - Undertake any training admin or office administrative task necessary for the smooth operation of the office Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Diploma/Bachelor's (required) **Language**: - English (required) - Malay (required) **Location**: - Tanjong Rambutan(required) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: - Attendance bonus - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Expected Start Date: 10/10/2024
