**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Support the team in identifying sales leads and preparing basic sales materials or call summaries
- Help with coordinating exhibition space sales and promoting additional services to clients
- Contribute ideas to enhance sales activities and customer experience
- Assist in coordinating event logistics with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, execution, and tear-down
- Help handle client enquiries, prepare simple quotations, and support proposal presentations
- Ensure event activities comply with health and safety guidelines
- Work closely with the team on marketing and promotional activities related to events

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good communication skills, especially in English
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for events and customer service
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work during event days, including weekends if required

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
