**J**ob Description - Support for SIG Ops Team:
a) **Purchase Order (PO) Coordination**
- Create material-related POs in SAP
- Ensure PO details are accurate and complete
- Track PO status and progress
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely approvals and deliveries

**b) Demand Entry & SAP Demand Management**
- Enter and manage demand data in SAP
- Monitor and adjust forecasts to align with business needs

**c) SAP Material Extension**
- Support creation and extension of material master data in SAP
- Ensure compliance with data governance and system standards

**d) Inventory Management & Material Sales**
- Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with material sales and related documentation

**e) Documentation Maintenance**
- Maintain and update process documentation
- Ensure documents reflect current procedures and standards

**f) Ad-Hoc Support**
- Handle additional tasks assigned by the BOA team
- Provide flexible support across teams as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Experience in SAP is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to write Macros is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with analytical capabilities
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
