Responsibilities:

- Strategize and develop branding and marketing campaigns for PETRA Group and all its brands.
- Creative development of branded communications materials that are aligned with the marketing communications strategies for each of the brands managed
- Develop branded content for digital media campaigns
- Implement social media, SEO and online advertising campaigns for the brands under management
- Monitor all branded events to ensure that there is consistency in delivering the brand promise
- Develop, conceptualize, and execute design for all creative work including print collateral, content, website, social media campaign among others.
- Generate and create a wide range of graphics when needed
- Pitch ideas and present the creative vision clearly to all internal clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the creative team.
- Strategize on latest design, marketing campaigns and ideas

**Requirements**:

- Has 6+ years of experience managing design operations at scale and experience working at a service, advertising, design or a related industry.
- Has +4 years of supervisory experience in a creative position.
- Leads as an action-oriented problem solver who can multitask to support the team but knows how to take feedback.
- Digital and Social media experience required
- Branding graphic design experience required
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Outgoing, well organized, detailed oriented and a team player.

**Additional qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Master’s Degree advantageous.
- An established portfolio of elevated design concepts demonstrating expertise in a range of creative mediums and large integrated campaigns.
- Previous experience in digital, video, rich media, motion, photography art direction, emerging media, and other creative and communications disciplines required, including audio/sound.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
