We are hiring a RBA Labor Compliance officer for our MNC client's RBA requirement. Working in admin office mainly attend RBA related task/documentation and on site to work with our unit managers, chef also attend RBA auditor meeting.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Conduct internal assessment for client's RBA requirements
- Support and prepare documentation prior to RBA audits
- Develop audit programs, prepare audit reports, and work with auditor to close audit findings
- Assess and supervise HR risks and performance through detailed internal self-assessments and audits

**Skills and Experience**
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and RBA Labor Compliance
- RBA Factory Lead Certification Program curriculum or certified RBA auditor will be preferred
- At least 2 years working experience in RBA/labor related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to details.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing is crucial in this role.
- Good collaboration skills. Ability to multitask at any given time.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle pressure situations in a professional manner.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- RBA related audit: 2 years (required)

**Language**:
