We are seeking a highly skilled **Automation Engineer** to design, implement, and maintain automated systems in our flexitank production facility. The Automation Engineer will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the smooth operation of automated equipment.

**Responsibilities**
- **System Design and Implementation**: Develop and implement automation solutions, including robotic systems, PLC programming, and process control systems for flexitank production.
- **Process Optimization**: Analyze existing production processes and recommend automation enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of automated systems to minimize downtime.
- **Integration**: Ensure seamless integration of automated systems with existing manufacturing workflows and equipment.
- **Testing and Validation**: Test and validate automated processes to ensure they meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor production data from automated systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all automation systems comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and maintenance logs.
- **Training**: Train production staff on the proper use and maintenance of automated equipment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with mechanical and mechatronic engineers, production teams, and management to align automation efforts with business goals.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining automated systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and robotic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards for automated equipment and processes.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
