Key Responsibilities:

- Design comprehensive ITSM, ITIL, ITAM, ITOM and CRM solutions that align with client business requirements and technical challenges.
- Architect and ensure solution scalability, security, and integration capabilities across diverse client environments.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology platforms based on client needs, challenges, process and infrastructure.
- Develop detailed technical proposals documents, solution blueprints and presentation for presales opportunities and tender.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams on solution validation, client meeting, technical demonstrations and marketing events.
- Conduct solution product demonstration and pre-requirements gathering sessions with clients (Pre and Post Implementation).
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies but not limited to in the ITSM, ITIL, ITAM, ITOM or CRM space.
- Maintain comprehensive document and insight of the presale activity conducted.
- Liaison with the product principal and technical expertise on the solutioning and emerging technology.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of solution offerings and methodologies.
- Client relationship management capabilities with experience in managing prospect pipelines and maintaining long-term client relationships.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in presales activities, tender management, and technical product demonstrations.
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ITSM, ITIL frameworks, ITAM, ITOM, and CRM processes and solutions, including ability to articulate business value propositions and technical implementation strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences from technical teams to C-level executives.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within Klang Valley and across Malaysia for client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills with ability to customize technical presentations based on audience requirements and business needs.

**Additional Details**:

- Work Location: Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Permanent position
- Salary: Up to RM 11,000

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
