- To handle and monitor the overall sales administrator process & performance.
- To review and ensure compliance with the sales admin SOP.
- To handle all Sales Administration functions relating to ongoing, under-construction projects and completed projects.
- To attend enquiries & ensure good rapport with customers.
- To attend correspondence, coordinate & liaise with all related parties, including but not limited to Internal sales team, External Sales Agent, Lawyers, Bankers and Local Authorities to resolve issues within the stipulated deadline.
- To ensure the differential & progress payment is collected before the dateline.

**_ Job Requirement:_**
- Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree holder.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in property sales.
- Excellent in customer service.
