**Credit Admin Executive (Hire-Purchase)**
**Location**: Axia Tower Kuala Lumpur

**Job Type**: 12 Month Contract

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Credit Admin Executive** to join our team in managing **Hire-Purchase** loan processing. If you have a background in banking or finance and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Loan Application Processing**
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of information for smooth processing.
- Ensure timely and secure disbursement of net loan amounts to vehicle dealers.

**Customer & Dealer Support**

**Documentation Management**
- Maintain proper records of all security documents including Hire Purchase agreements, Vehicle Ownership Certificates (VOC), insurance, invoices, etc.

**Account Servicing**
- Perform daily loan administration tasks including settlements, excess payment refunds, redemptions, and statement issuance.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure seamless loan processing and administration.

**Compliance & Governance**
- Adhere to all SOPs, bank policies, risk and compliance frameworks, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

**Other Duties**
- Carry out any additional tasks or projects assigned by supervisors or management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail/consumer banking or finance.
- Knowledge in Hire Purchase or vehicle loan processing is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work extended hours when required.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
