**Location**: Bandar Medini 7, Nusajaya

**Salary**: Basic + Allowance + Overtime (OT) **_If required_

**Working Days**:6 days, 1 day off (_Depending on schedule - change weekly_)

**Working Hours**: 24 / 7 (_9 hour per shift_)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 18 - 55 years old
- At Least SPM Certificate or SKM Certificate
- Able to work rotational shift
- Mandarin speaker position also _**AVAILABLE**_
- **FRESH GRADUATED ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY**_

**JOB DESCRIPTION**_**S**_**:

- Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
- Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure positive attitude towards customers at all times.
- Possess strong understanding of company’s products.
- Keep records of customer interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
