To be responsible for all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and training. Includes administrative areas such as office management, facilities management, and policy development.
**Responsibilities**
- Site Personnel benefits and welfare.
- Training and development.
- Employee welfare arrangement including arranging for any company event, welfare entitlement, insurance and medical related.
- Performance management.
- Housekeeping for office, common area, and compound
- Management of service contractors including IT, Cleaner, Security, Lift, Air-Condition and Transporter etc.
- Prepare payroll processing, payday, employee claim, overtime, and statutory payment (EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF etc.) payment before the due date.
- Compliance to rules and regulation of IMS, legal, company and HR policies.
- To Assist in Administrative Support
- Carry out specific projects, assignments from time to time as assigned by the Head of Department
- Must have sound knowledge in payroll processing
**Requirements**:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
- Computer Literate
- Well versed with Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Effective Reporting and Decision-Making Abilities.
- Effective communication and people skills
- Work location: Setia Alam, Selangor.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
