**Assistant FP&A Manager**

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group is currently seeking an Assistant FP&A Manager to support our business leaders with data-driven actionable insights to help them to hit our financial and strategic objectives focusing on:

- **Financial Planning and Budgeting.** Leading the annual budget and multi-year planning processes; preparing and analyzing forecasts, monitoring budget variances, and recommending corrective actions to meet our financial targets.
- **Strategic Planning and Decision Support.** Evaluating opportunities through financial analysis and modeling; conducting ROI analysis and due diligence for new projects, and supporting ad-hoc decision-making.
- **Business Partnership and Collaboration.** Serving as trusted advisors to ExCos and departmental heads, providing financial guidance and recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
- **Financial Analysis and Reporting.** Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports highlighting KPIs and actionable insights, supporting strategic initiatives, investment decisions and business planning.

You will report to the Director FP&A and be based in Hyderabad, India.

You Will:

- Work with business partners to review and prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Update and run opex forecast models and scenario planning.
- Develop business case models, charts, and reporting dashboards to provide analysis and insights to evaluate the financial impact of decisions for senior management.
- Leverage systems knowledge to facilitate the creation of more robust analytics and reporting tools, which ultimately drive valuable insights and more efficient planning processes.
- Build and maintain strong business partner relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, improve work efficiency and quality.
- Perform additional ad-hoc requests as deemed necessary by the business or financial needs.

You Have:

- 5-7 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (preferred).
- Strong accounting, analytical skills and able to synthesize data to provide insightful narratives.
- Planning and organizational skills including effective time management and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative and drive and work well under pressure including being a team player with a strong work ethic, strong project management skills and self motivated.
- Ability to recognize problems, collect data, draw valid conclusions and suggest resolutions.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of business partners an can to multi-task and effectively balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience navigating a complex and challenging business environment.

Pay: RM6,890.10 - RM13,676.08 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
