**Job Purpose**

To support the Human Resources Department in daily administrative and operational tasks while gaining hands-on experience in HR functions including recruitment, employee records, attendance, and HR policy implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
- Support onboarding process (preparing documents, arranging orientation).
- HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Help prepare employment letters, memos, and HR reports.
- Assist in filing and organizing employee documents (e.g., resumes, leave forms, certificates).
- Attendance & Leave
- Follow up with staff for missing or incorrect attendance records.
- Employee Engagement
- Support internal communication and company events.
- Help organize staff welfare activities and engagement programs.
- HR Compliance & SOP
- Assist in ensuring staff documents are complete and compliant (e.g., medical checkups, permits, etc.).
- Support dissemination and acknowledgment tracking of company SOPs and HR policies.
- Other Duties
- Provide support in ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Internship Allowance**
- Monthly Internship Allowance - RM800

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
