Cabin Crew are: 1. Cabin Crew are responsible to the ICC for carrying out duties assigned to them and complying with all company regulations. 2. All Cabin Crew members shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of guests in both normal and emergency circumstances. They shall report to PIC / In-Charge Cabin Crew on any incident that has endangered or could have endangered the safety of the operations. 3. Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of Cabin Crew emergency procedures as laid down in the SEP manual. 4. Being familiar with company aircraft galley equipment, catering stowage, and passenger amenities equipment and their operations. 5. Responsible for the ICC in ensuring guests comfort and maintain high standards of service delivery. 6. Comply with applicable regulations as well as company policies, procedures, and standards. 7. Supporting the achievement of safety performance targets. 8. Liaison between guests and the flight crew. 9. Refrain from making attempts to evade Malaysian or foreign customs, immigration or health regulations by causing any unauthorized package or other items of the load to be carried in any Company aircraft. 10. Maintain a high standard whilst in public and uniform as they could be reasonably recognized as being company Cabin Crew. 11. Cabin Crew shall maintain a high degree of competence at all times by being conversant and maintain familiarity with laws, regulations, and procedures pertinent to the performance of their duties. 1.4.14.3 Pre-Flight Responsibilities 1.4.14.3.1 Cabin Crew members are responsible to the ICC for the following: 1. Ensure that all galley equipment, catering, dry stores and loose equipment on-board are properly and securely stowed. 2. Carrying our pre-flight duty inspections of the aircraft and its equipment as prescribe in SEPM and OM. 3. Ensure that all guests are properly and completely briefed as prescribed in the SEPM. 4. Ensure that all appropriate and necessary documents are on-board the aircraft before the door closed. 5. In an emergency situation Cabin Crew are to carry out appropriate emergency procedures as laid down in SEPM. 1.4.14.4 After Flight Responsibilities 1.4.14.4.1 After any flight duties, Cabin Crew are responsible for the following: 1. Completing any reports and records that the company or other authority may require. 2. Register cabin defects in the cabin condition log. 3. Ensure proper security of galley equipment, bar, and dry stores. 4. Ensures cabin and lavatories are checked. 5. Ensure that no guests are remain on board or any items that might be left behind.
