Project Admin/clerk

1) To develop and maintain project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project. 2) General office administration works, eg. Filling, Documents organizing, Report preparation Correspondence with consultant / client. 3) To coordinate meetings, including travel arrangement and expense report. 4) Ensure adherence to deadlines. 5)Ensure coordination of the interfaces of all discipline within project sites. To liaise with sub-con on the works sequent, quality of work, manpower, material usage and machinery usage. 6) To be well verse in the project progress according to contract requirement and cash flow projection. 7) To assist contract department to appoint suitable contractor for the sub-contracting scope of work. To attend to client-consultant meetings and site meetings and sub-con coordination meeting and to prepare monthly report. 8) To report and up-date the Management on project progress. To undertake other duties assigned or directed by the superior from time to time. To liaise with other's QS and purchasing department on the appointment of sub-contractor, supply or procurement of materials. Plants and machinery required. 9) To assist in prepare monthly reports for HQ (petty cash, KSK, staff claims, company car usage and more). 10) To arrange weekly or monthly cleaning services for office and condos. 11) To monitor and maintain office supplies, stationeries and materials 12) To undertake any assignment to be given by the management from time to time as decided by the CHARTER BUILT GROUP of companies started by incorporating Charter Built Construction Sdn.
