**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:
1. Handle general office administration, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.

3. Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.

4. Assist with HR-related documentation and staff coordination.

5. Support management in daily operational tasks.

**Accounting Duties**:
1. Maintain accurate financial records and assist in bookkeeping.

2. Handle accounts payable and receivable.

3. Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.

4. Assist in monthly bank reconciliation and financial reporting.

5. Support in payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, etc.).

6. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when necessary.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in both administrative and accounting roles.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks).

4. Good communication and organizational skills.

5. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

6. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Degree in Accounting LCCI (required)
